Establishes and operates the Omani factory.

Shanghai Electric (SEWP)

Technology Licensor

Provides the complete, DNV-approved turbine design.
Supplies all required Type Test results to DNV.
Authorizes use of its IP for Mawarid’s certificate.

DNV

Certification Body

Acts as the independent, accredited third-party verifier.
Evaluates both design and manufacturing.
Issues all Conformity Statements and Certificates.
